I’ve definitely fallen in love with this owl motif and I’ve been adding it to all sorts of my work lately. This particular version is now a beautiful pair of fingerless mitts or gloves. I feel like I should call them fingerless glovelettes but I’m fairly sure that isn’t a word.
These fingerless gloves are made to order when you order them. I can make them in any colour you wish, with black or rainbow eyes (the rainbow eyes are on the black gloves) and they can be small, medium or large. To give you an idea of how they fit, I wear a medium sized rubber glove. The grey and black mittens fit me perfectly and are a medium (yes, those are my hands in the video and photos). The beige mittens are a small and give a bit more of a snug/smaller fit. You may prefer that feel and look to a more sized fit. The red mittens are large and are too sloppy to take a good photo.
These are knitted in the round on double pointed needles which makes them seamless! No scratchy seams to rub on your hands. Ever. And the owl is created with a mixture of varying stitches and cabling and will never fall off.
Free shipping is available only to main land United States because that’s where I sell most of my stuff. If you’re Canadian I have to add additional shipping costs. It costs me over $20 (CAD) to ship within Canada but only $9 (CAD) to the USA. I don’t get it either. If you live outside of these areas, the extra shipping is an addition fee. This additional cost for Canadian and other international shipping is the same whether you buy one pair of slippers or 10.
