Shipping
Shipping is pretty straight forward. All items are shipped via Canada Post as I have no access to anything else beside our local post office.
Understandably some customers want to have a choice in how much they pay for shipping therefore, I have set up shipping charges to offer that choice. If you would like to pay extra to have your items insured then you have that option.
If you are more interested in cheap shipping but don't want extra insurance, then the price is much lower. Unfortunately with this shipping method, there are no guarantees that it will arrive or when. I carefully wrap your purchase and put it in a plain envelope. It is sent as regular mail with no insurance.
I haven't had any difficulties or complaints from my customers in the past but like I said, you are taking a risk by using this method and I cannot be held responsible. Please decide for yourself if saving the money is worth the risk to you.
If you are trying to find cheap shipping and there is no cheap first choice, sorry but I can only mail things up to 500 grams (1 lb and 1.60 oz) in an oversized envelope. Anything that weighs more than that automatically qualifies as a parcel.
Also, international buyers, there is no cheaper option available to you. I apologize, but please note that all packages mailed are sent via airmail therefore the arrival time is usually within a few weeks.
Finally, if you are from CANADA and think the shipping is just too out of line feel free to contact me. The charges are for the furthest distances from me (i.e. from Alberta to Newfoundland). I may be able to ship with insurance for significantly less (i.e. from here to Saskatchewan). Unfortunately for my American and International customers, the prices are non-negotiable.

Returns and Refunds
I will accept returns if the item is returned in the same condition that it was sent in and arrives within 45 days of the day of purchase. I will return the price of the item only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Under no circumstances will I accept a return on a custom ordered item. Please make sure that you measure correctly, know what size you need, the colour, etc. The item is sent ONLY when you tell me it meets your approval.
